Every Oceanside Evaluations (OSE) Assessment is unique and personalized! We get to know you and then determine the best testing measures for you.

  • Neuropsychological Evaluation

    Ages 5.5 to 45

    “I have a number of concerns, and we just don’t know what is causing our kid to act this way.”

    “We had an evaluation done two years ago but the recommendations are not working, there has to be more.”

    “Ever since Pat had that concussion, things have been different.”

  • Psychological Evaluation

    Ages 5.5 to 45

    “My kid is being treated for anxiety but there are still concerns, could it be ADHD as well?”

    “My doctor wants to confirm my diagnosis before determining what medication I should take.”

    “We have a family history of depression, and my kiddo has stopped showing interest in activities.”

  • Educational Evaluation

    Ages 6 to College

    “Sally tries so hard, but math just doesn’t seem to click, does she have a specific learning disability?”

    “I realized that my son struggles with reading. We have tried a tutor, and they suggested having him tested.”

    “Lonnie is being treated for ADHD, and even though his focus is better, he still has trouble reading and writing.”

  • Psychoeducational Evaluation

    Ages 6 to College

  • Autism Assessment

    Ages 2.5 to 55

    “Leslie is picky about food textures and sounds, I am wondering if it may be ASD and if that is the reason that she is struggling with social situations.”

    “I have always felt different, and it’s causing me stress at home and at work. I just don’t understand people and don’t really care to, but also need to function.”

  • Adult ADHD Screener

    Ages HS Grad to 55

    “I am being treated for anxiety, but I am still having concerns, and my counselor suggested getting tested for ADHD.”

    “I had accommodations in school before, but now I need to see if I have ADHD as an adult and qualify for accommodations in college or at work.”

  • Tricare Insurance Evaluation

    Ages 2.5 to 55

    Health insurance lets us “answer the question asked.” These evaluations are more brief and limited by what insurance deems medically necessary. These are more in line with a brief Psychological Evaluation.

  • IEE - Individual Educational Evaluation

    Ages: School Aged Children

    These are evaluations that school districts request on behalf of their students to get further information from an evaluator not connected to the specific school system. Parents are then able to bring their child in for an evaluation.

  • Wechsler Intelligence Scale Only

    WISC-V (age 6-16) or WPPSI-IV (age 3-5)

    “My child’s school wants me to get a WISC-V done.” or ”I want to sign up my child for private school Kindergarten, and they want WPPSI-IV test scores done as part of that process.”

Oceanside Evaluations does not offer Forensic Evaluations, evaluations for custody cases, parental capacity evaluations, or fitness for duty assessments.
