  Oceanside Evaluations (OSE) does not request IEEs. The process of getting an IEE starts at the school. The guardian of a student approved for an IEE must find out if Oceanside Evaluations is approved by their school district to complete this evaluation at our stated rates. We provide IEEs on behalf of the family and the school district. It is helpful for the school district to let us know if there are any requests for specific testing. The parent must provide all previous testing and any IEP/504/SAP on or before the intake session so that OSE can determine what is necessary and possible to evaluate. Please be very clear about your concerns with the previous testing or findings so that testing can be completed in the most efficient manner possible. Often, these kids have been tested a lot before we see them, and so we want to only do what is necessary and helpful.
